Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Nephrology to provide direct patient care in a hospital setting.

• Responsibilities include: Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within established standards; educating patients and families on managing illnesses, medications, and post-treatment needs; promoting patient safety and quality compliance; developing and communicating individualized care plans; considering patient preferences and cultural needs; and participating in professional development.
• Work environment: 44-bed Renal/Telemetry unit with private and semi-private rooms, dialysis suite, and specialized care for acute and post-op patients with conditions such as renal failure, CHF, pneumonia, COPD, and more.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
• Experience: No prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred for higher qualification.
