Job summary

PIH Health Downey Hospital is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, education, and evaluation for assigned patients in a high‑acuity setting.

You will collaborate with the care team to coordinate services, maintain patient flow, and support clinical education for patients and families in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Qualifications

• Current California RN license.
• Evidence of continuing education.
• Prior experience in an acute care facility or formal classroom education.
• Current Basic Life Support Card.
