Sentara Virginia Beach is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Med Surg Telemetry Neuro/Stroke Unit, 2 East. The role supports a 7p–7a schedule in a 21-bed unit with opportunities for NIHSS certification and new-grad onboarding.

Job Summary: Sentara is a career destination for professional nursing. The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive, patient-centered care in a dynamic healthcare setting. We're excited to share our starting pay rate for new graduate registered nurses with less than 1 year of experience is $36.00/hour We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
