Job summary

Ochsner Health in Baton Rouge is seeking an experienced registered nurse to lead patient care using the nursing process within the framework of professional standards. You will mentor licensed and ancillary team members and ensure high-quality outcomes in a diverse patient population.

Required is an active RN license in Louisiana and BLS; BSN is preferred. A sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates, emphasizing collaboration and accountability in care delivery.

Education

The risk level of exposure may increase depending on the essential job duties of the role.
