Job summary

Advocate Health's High Point Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for 7 North/7 South Medical-Surgical units. This full-time, 36-hour weekly role features 12-hour night shifts (7pm–7am) with weekend rotation, delivering patient-centered care across medical conditions.

You will have completed an accredited nursing program, hold a valid RN license in the state, and maintain BLS certification. The unit emphasizes teamwork, evidence-based practice, and compassionate care, backed by Advocate

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Greater than 1 year of RN experience preferred

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Pay Range:

$38.20 - $57.30

7 North is a 30-bed Medical-Surgical Unit and 7 South is a 36-bed Medical-Surgical Unit, where we are dedicated to delivering exceptional care to adult patients with a variety of medical conditions. From general medicine, respiratory, renal, cardiac, oncology and beyond, our unit focuses on providing compassionate, patient-centered care tailored to each individual's needs, ensuring the highest quality outcomes for our diverse patient population. We’re Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
