Role Overview: Provides direct nursing care in a hospital setting within the Post Surgical unit, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans, recording and communicating patient conditions effectively.
• Act as the primary coordinator among healthcare disciplines for seamless patient care.
• Follow physician and nursing orders accurately.
• Assess and coordinate discharge planning with the healthcare team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse license from the applicable state nursing board.
• BLS certification obtained within 1 month of hire, with American Heart Association or Red Cross accepted.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure.
