Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Medical Surgical Nights Weekend Program in Wisconsin. The role supports older and complex patients, requires nursing program completion and an active RN license, with BLS required. New grads are welcome to apply.

You’ll join a 28-bed unit in the St. Luke’s South Shore system, delivering high‑quality care, coordinating patient care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

This 28-bed inpatient unit specializes in caring for older adults—primarily patients aged 70 and above—while also serving individuals of all ages with cardiac and neurological conditions. You’ll gain experience managing a wide range of diagnoses including congestive heart failure, arrhythmias, strokes, TIAs, and seizure disorders. We’re Looking For:

What You’ll Do:

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
