Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking an RN to join our Medical/Surgical team in O’Fallon, IL. The role emphasizes bedside care, patient-centered nursing, and collaboration across care teams to improve outcomes.

The position offers full-time nights (36 hrs/week) with weekend option pay and a comprehensive benefits package. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and IL licensure with BLS is required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice.
• Wisconsin: multi-state RN license allowed per Nurse Licensure Compact.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program as part of licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform hands-on acute patient care at the bedside.
• Provide patient-focused, mission-driven nursing care in the Medical/Surgical unit.
• Collaborate within the healthcare team to deliver quality outcomes.

Education

Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.

Education Qualifications
