St. Elizabeth Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med Surg Urology unit at the Edgewood, Kentucky hospital. The role is night shift, 7:00 pm–7:00 am, full-time (30 hours weekly).

The RN will provide evidence-based care, coordinate with the care team, and ensure compassionate patient interactions in a busy clinical setting. The ideal candidate will hold an accredited nursing degree and a valid RN license (compact license acceptable for qualifications).

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited School of Nursing with RN license (or compact license where applicable).
• Knowledge of nursing theory, clinical practice standards, and medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nursing care to designated Med Surg Urology patients using the nursing process.
• Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed health care team members as appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes and maintain dignity, empathy, and respect for patients and families.
