Essentia Health St. Josephs Medical Center in Brainerd/Baxter, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead patient care across medical-surgical units, including orthopedic post-op and fracture cases.

The role entails managing all phases of care, supervising licensed staff, and upholding Joint Commission standards. The position offers night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM), a 0.75 FTE arrangement, and a hiring incentive.
