LCMC Health is seeking an Oncology Nurse for a 14-bed unit in Louisiana. The role features self-scheduling, a 7A-7P schedule (three 12-hour shifts with every other weekend), and up to a $15K sign-on bonus with relocation assistance for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

  • Graduated or graduating from an accredited ADN/BSN or MSN degree nursing program
  • Current Louisiana nursing license or Multistate License as defined by the LA State Board of Nursing
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct oncology patient care in a high-volume unit
  • Support cancer treatment procedures and patient education
  • Maintain patient safety and comfort while managing multiple acutely ill patients

The Must-Haves

Minimum

  • Graduated or graduating from an accredited ADN/BSN or MSN degree nursing program
  • Temporary/Permanent nursing license to practice in Louisiana OR Multistate License as defined by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
