Job summary

Nacogdoches Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Med-Surg unit. You will render professional nursing care to patients under medical staff direction and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care. A strong emphasis on patient safety and teamwork pervades our supportive environment.

Minimum education is an Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing. GN with temporary license is noted; certifications BLS and ACLS are required and must be completed

The Registered Nurse renders professional nursing care to patients assigned in a Med-Surg unit, in support of medical care as directed by medical staff and pursuant to objectives and policies of the hospital. Work encompasses direct and indirect care patient care and collaboration with other disciplines involved in the provision of care.

Qualifications

Minimum Education: Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing

Minimum Experience: GN with temporary license

Required Certification: BLS, ACLS **

Required Licensure: Valid Texas RN license
