Job summary

UT Health East Texas in Jacksonville, TX is seeking a Night Shift, full-time Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our patient–focused Med‑Surg team.

You will apply the nursing process to provide direct patient care, collaborate with a supportive team, and ensure safe, high‑quality care across shifts. A Texas RN license and ADN are required, along with BLS within 14 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required.
• Must maintain current Texas RN License.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
