Under general direction of Nursing leadership, the RN Manager is responsible for the planning, manages and coordination of services to ensure that quality health care is delivered in the OUH Adult Gastrointestinal (GI) Lab services. The RN Manager is responsible for creating a dynamic patient-centered environment, managing and developing teams with hands-on clinical duties.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor's of Science in Nursing required. Master’s level education preferred.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of progressive leadership experience required. Three (3) years of supervisory or charge nurse experience.
License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required: Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC). Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire. ACLS (American Heart Association) required within 3 months of hire.
