Coastal Harbor Health System is comprised of a 145-bed hospital for children and adolescents, providing both short- and long-term inpatient care, and a 50-bed inpatient hospital serving men and women, ages 18 and up. The Nurse Manager is a key member of the Coastal Harbor Leadership Team who will provide day-to-day nursing oversight for a 145-bed child and adolescent psychiatric facility.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Direct and provide nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process; directly responsible to the Director of Nursing for quality patient care provided to patients in the Facility
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Nursing to enhance the quality of the patient care; provide sufficient staffing and schedule personnel according to census and acuity
• Respond to Codes and therapeutically intervene with the patient in crisis

• Current license to practice nursing in GA (or eligible to receive or renew)
