Avera Creighton Care Center in Nebraska is seeking a Registered Nurse for the evening shift to deliver high-quality nursing care, review physician prescriptions, and coordinate with the health care team. You will develop nursing care plans, explain care to residents and families, monitor conditions, and document changes while ensuring infection-control standards and compliance with regulations.

Delivers nursing care by developing a nursing diagnosis; establishing nursing care objectives; defining nursing interventions; providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to residents, families, and friends to understand residents conditions, medications, and self-care skills; noting changing conditions and needs; re-evaluating care objectives.
