Salary ranges from $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, based on experience. Shifts are 12 hours, with a schedule of three weekdays and one weekend per month, offering a direct hire.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN or LPN license in Kansas or a compact license.
• Minimum 1 year of RN or LPN clinical experience.
• Preferred experience in Urgent Care, Outpatient, Ambulatory Care, ED, or Med-Surg.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, triage, and monitor patients with acute illnesses and injuries.
• Perform nursing assessments and document patient information accurately.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments per provider orders.
• Start IVs and assist with IV therapies within licensure scope.
• Conduct wound care, splinting, dressing changes, and other nursing procedures.
• Assist providers with minor procedures and examinations.
• Conduct point-of-care testing and collect specimens.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and discharge plans.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure exam rooms are stocked.

Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Schedule:

• Full-time
• 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• Work 3 weekdays each week

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Kansas or Compact License required.
• Minimum 1 year of RN or LPN clinical experience required.
• Previous experience in Urgent Care, Outpatient, Ambulatory Care, Emergency Department, or Medical-Surgical Nursing strongly preferred.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required upon hire.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent patient education and customer service skills.

• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care while maintaining urgent care workflow.
