Job summary

Hartford HealthCare Medical Group is seeking an RN/LPN to provide skilled nursing care under provider direction in a variety of clinical settings. You will assess, plan, intervene and evaluate patient health using established nursing processes, with oversight from a Practice Manager.

CT RN/LPN license is required; prior Medical/Surgical Office experience and familiarity with medical software are preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; Mon–Fri shifts at the Bridgeport location.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut RN/LPN license required.
• Previous experience in Medical/Surgical Office setting preferred.
• Experience with medical software.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care under provider direction in clinical settings.
• Apply nursing process to assess, plan, intervene and evaluate patient health.
• Report to Practice Manager on patient status and care plans.

Job Description
Under provider direction, the RN/LPN provides skilled nursing care to patients in a variety of clinical settings. Scope of responsibility is characterized by use of nursing process to assess, plan, intervene and evaluate human responses to actual or potential health problems utilizing appropriate practices, standards, protocols and guidelines. This position reports to a Practice Manager.

Qualifications
