The Hyperbaric & Wound Care Institute of Tarpon Springs is seeking a Florida-licensed LPN or RN to join our wound care and hyperbaric medicine team. This role offers direct patient care, wound assessments, and collaboration with physicians in a compassionate, patient-focused environment.

Monday through Friday schedule with no routine night shifts, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive team dedicated to advancing wound healing and quality of life.

Formación

• Florida-licensed LPN or RN in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience.
• Passion for wound care, healing, and patient advocacy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care for individuals with acute and chronic wounds
• Assist with wound assessments, treatments, and care planning
• Support hyperbaric oxygen therapy services and patient monitoring
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and wound management
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to promote optimal healing outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Deliver outstanding customer service while fostering a positive patient experience

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Current Florida LPN or RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience
• Passion for wound care, healing, and patient advocacy
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in wound care, hyperbaric medicine, vascular, surgical, or outpatient clinical settings
• Wound Care Certification (WCC, CWON, CWCN, CHRN) preferred - willingness to obtain certification
