Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced RN for Levine Cancer Oncology Infusion in Charlotte. This full-time role offers 4/10-hour or 4/9-hour shifts with one weekend shift every six weeks, and a pay range of $35.50–$53.25 per hour.

Sign-on bonus eligibility is based on qualifications and policy. Responsibilities include engaging in governance, applying evidence-based practices, and coordinating care with patients and families throughout the continuum.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program. BSN Preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; certifications may vary by specialty.
• Active RN license with privileges in the state(s) where the RN provides services.
• One year of nursing experience

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes and apply evidence-based practices.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care, engaging patients and families through the continuum of care.
