UT Health East Texas is seeking a rotating shift, PRN, Labor Delivery Recovery and Postpartum (LDRP) Registered Nurse (RN) in Henderson, Texas. The role focuses on providing direct patient care to obstetric patients in a Level IV trauma center setting with advanced diagnostic capabilities.

Qualified candidates will hold an ADN, a Texas RN license, and certifications including BLS, ACLS, NRP, Fetal Monitoring, and STABLE.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree of Nursing (ADN) required.
• Must maintain current Texas RN License.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer.
• ACLS Certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Fetal Monitoring Certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• S.T.A.B.L.E. Certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct patient care using the nursing process for a group of patients for a designated time frame.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Associates Degree of Nursing (ADN)
• Must maintain current Texas RN License

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certified (May obtain within 90-days of hire)
