Job summary

Tidelands Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery to manage individualized patient care, collaborate with physicians and the care team, and supervise assigned staff. You will work in a fast‑paced obstetric setting, ensuring safety, documentation accuracy, and patient education throughout the nursing process.

The role requires ADN and SC RN licensure, with BSN preferred and MSN optional.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred; MSN optional.
• Minimum 2 years acute nursing experience.
• SC RN license required (SC Board of Nursing).
• NRP and BLS within 30 days of hire; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Circulate with C-sections and recover post‑op patients.
• Pre‑op preparation for C‑section patients.
• Ensure complete patient documentation and medication safety.
• Participate in monthly unit progress meetings with Clinical Director.
