Montrose Regional Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Family Center in Montrose, CO. You will coordinate care, provide direct age-appropriate nursing interventions, and educate patients and families within a warm obstetric and neonatal setting.

Work with LPNs, CNAs, and ward secretaries under supervision, delivering comprehensive family-centered care across antepartum, labor & delivery, medical/surgical, well newborn and high-risk newborn services.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN license is required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor's/Assoc./Diploma).
• BLS, ACLS and PALS required upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate plan of care and provide age-appropriate nursing interventions.
• Direct LPNs, CNAs and ward secretaries/technicians under supervision.
• Provide family-centered care for antepartum, obstetric, medical/surgical and newborn patients.

About The Career:

The Registered Nurse coordinates the plan of care, provides direct age-appropriate nursing interventions, and patient education by collaborating with ancillary and other patient-team personnel. Directs LPNs, CNAs, and ward secretaries/technicians. Works under the supervision of the nurse manager and/or nursing supervisor. Specific to the Family Center, the RN provides comprehensive, family centered care in the areas of antepartum, low and high risk obstetrical patients, medical/surgical patients, well newborn and selected high risk newborns.

All About You

• Current Colorado RN license.
• Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor's, Associated, or Diploma in Nursing.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS required upon hire.
