Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
Prior patient care experience and comfort with EMR systems (EPIC).
Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital experience.

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize subtle clinical changes, intervening early.
Provide safe, evidence-based medications, treatments, and hands-on care.
Serve as a clinical partner to physicians and advanced providers for timely decisions.

To be considered for this RN opportunity

you must hold an active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing or Multistate RN License with NJ Endorsement and a current American Heart Association BLS certification, ACLS Certification within 90 days of hire, NRP Certification within 90 days of hire. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is strongly preferred, as is prior patient care experience and comfort with electronic medical record systems (EMR) like EPIC. Minimum 1 year of current or recent acute care hospital experience. This position offers a full-time night schedule from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. and every other weekend and holiday rotation. Schedule during the week will vary depending on department needs, allowing you to build strong patient relationships while maintaining balance.
