Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking a Registered Nurse for Labor and Delivery to provide high-quality, patient-centered care during night shifts. You will monitor conditions, administer treatments, and adapt care plans to achieve optimal outcomes within a collaborative team environment.

Ideal candidates have a nursing degree from a Board-approved program, NC RN licensure, BLS, and 1 year of clinical nursing experience in labor and delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Previous Labor and Delivery experience.
• Active, unrestricted RN license with privileges in the state(s) where practicing.
• Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience; BSN preferred.

We're Looking For

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Previous Labor and Delivery experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Additional education, training, certifications, or experience may be required based on specialty.
• Active, unrestricted registered nurse (RN) multi-state compact and/or single-state license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where the RN is providing client nursing services
• Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Deliver safe, patient-centered care using the nursing process, clinical judgment, and evidence-based practices-monitoring conditions, administering treatments, and adapting care to achieve optimal outcomes across the continuum.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive quality and safety-maintaining accurate documentation, supporting communication and delegation, engaging in professional development, and upholding ethical standards while meeting diverse patient care needs.
