• Responsibilities: Plan, implement, evaluate, and document care for laboring and pregnant patients, considering physical, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual, and educational needs. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and execute patient care plans.
• Qualifications: California RN license, BLS, ACLS, and basic computer skills required. Additional competencies include NRP and fetal monitoring certifications within specified timeframes.
• Key Duties: Provide specialized labor and delivery nursing care during night shifts, involving patient assessment, education, and intervention. Some weekend shifts may be required.

Benefits:

Up to a $25,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. This full-time staff role involves six shifts per two-week pay period, with a focus on patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
