Job summary

Hydration Room in California is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse to administer IV vitamin therapy and injections, while enjoying a balanced schedule and on-site clinics in Carlsbad and nearby communities.

You will connect with patients, lead Wellness Coordinator shifts, and contribute to a welcoming, high-quality patient experience as the clinic opens.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• BSN or accredited nursing diploma.
• One year of related experience preferred.

Schedule: This is a per diem position with three scheduling options:

1. Provide availability for 4 weekdays and 2 weekend days per month.
2. Provide availability for 4 weekend days per month.
3. Provide availability for 2 weekdays and 2 weekend days per month.

Locations You\’ll Cover: Carlsbad, Encinitas, Oceanside, San Marcos and Solana Beach, plus on-call shifts based on your availability.

• Build meaningful relationships with patients focused on proactive wellness.
• Lead and support your Wellness Coordinator team during each shift.

• Help shape the culture, workflow, and patient experience of a brand-new clinic.

The details

• Schedule: Clinic hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Three weekend shifts each month.

What we\'re looking for

• Active California RN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• BSN or accredited nursing diploma.
• One year of related experience preferred
• A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and creating an outstanding patient experience.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to traverse the entire facility
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
