Job summary

Aurora Medical Group (AMG) is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for Internal Medicine at AMG Highway 50 in Kenosha, WI. The role involves coordinating patient care, using the nursing process, and ensuring safe, high-quality outcomes for adult patients.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with a 830am-7pm schedule on Mondays and 730am-6pm Tuesday–Thursday; Fridays off. Competitive compensation is offered within the stated pay range.

Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited nursing program.
  • RN license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

  • Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.

Pay Range: $35.50 - $53.25

Where You Will Work: Internal medicine doctors, also called internists, provide comprehensive care for young adults through seniors. Internists see only adults and diagnose, treat and help prevent a wide range of conditions, illnesses and injuries. They have special skills and experience in managing care for people who have a complex combination of health conditions.

We’re Looking For:
  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
What You’ll Do:

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills of communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
