Aurora Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Internal Float Pool SLSS in Cudahy, Wisconsin. You will provide and coordinate nursing care to deliver safe, therapeutic patient outcomes through the nursing process.

Responsibilities include applying evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, and strong communication to support a safe environment and high‑quality care across the continuum. An active RN license in the practicing state and BLS certification are required.

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Experience with nursing process and patient care coordination.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

We’re Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing

• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices

• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

• experience needed

What You’ll Do:

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
