Job summary

MedStar Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse II in Clinton, MD to deliver skilled nursing care and coordinate patient plans across a spectrum from routine to complex cases.

Eligible IMC/ICU nurses may join our Bridge Program starting February 2027; interviews for the February 2027 Bridge Program begin in November. Competitive benefits and relocation support available to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• 1 year RN experience required.
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross).

Key Responsibilities

You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated through collaboration with other members of the nursing team.

We are currently looking for Experienced Intermediate Care or Critical Care Nurses. If you do not have IMC or Critical Care experience, you may be eligible for our Bridge Program, which starts in February 2027. We will begin interviews for the February 2027 Bridge Program in November.
