The RN possesses clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas.Unit Description:9A is a 16-bed medical /surgical unit that specializes in rehabilitation. Our Nurses are able to gain skills in medical/surgical nursing to include physical assessments, IV therapy, central line care, pain management, provide proper skin, wound vac care, burn trauma care, medication administration, and also help develop goals of care with the interdisciplinary team. (physical, occupational, and speech therapists).
