Advocate Aurora Health, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) - Dialysis Float. As a Float RN, you will travel to sites across Marinette, Green Bay, Oshkosh, Manitowoc, and Sheboygan, providing 1:1 acute care and dialysis support in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role offers a 7am–7:30pm schedule with 7pm–7am call rotation, 6–7 shifts per 8 weeks, weekend rotations, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

Schedule Details/Additional Information: Full time 7am to 7:30pm Call rotation: 7pm to 7am. 6-7 shifts in an 8 week block. (Which includes Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays)

Weekend rotation: 1 Saturday every 8 weeks Float premiums apply

Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30

We’re Looking For

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
