Qualifications

• RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact

Responsibilities

• Monitors, examines, and evaluates the patient’s conditions and supports the care plan.
• Delivers care as outlined, applying independent judgment and coordinating care.
• Communicates patient care plans with staff and family to ensure consistency and safety.
• Delivers safe and effective care according to policies and procedures and maintains proper documentation.
• Supports performance improvement initiatives and contributes to a positive work environment.
