RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Registered Nurse for our Intensive Care Unit at Clara Maass Medical Center in Belleville, NJ. With over 700 physicians and 2,100 employees, we offer advanced treatment for a wide variety of medical conditions. In 2017, the Medical Center completed a state-of-the-art campus expansion featuring a new four-story 87,000 square foot building with a private, 32 bed Intensive Care Unit, new Main Entrance and Lobby, Retail Pharmacy, Patient Registration Area and newly expanded Emergency Department.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), a typical day may include:

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and recognize subtle clinical changes, using your judgment to intervene early and advocate for your patients
• Providing safe, evidence-based medications, treatments, and hands on care grounded in strong clinical judgment

To be considered for this RN opportunity, you must hold an active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing and a current American Heart Association BLS certification. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is strongly preferred, as is prior patient care experience, CCRN certification,and comfort with electronic medical record systems (EMR) like EPIC. This position is part timenights - 7p-7:30a, every other weekend and rotating holidays. The position is 25 hours per week.
