Job summary

Health Wealth Safe is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care in a clinical setting, primarily during night shifts. You will apply the nursing process, collaborate with the care team, and ensure safe, high-quality documentation.

Ideal candidates are BSN-preferred, hold an active RN license (multistate compact), and have BLS certification. You will mentor staff and participate in continuous improvement and evidence-based practice to promote excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license (single or multi-state compact).
• BLS certification; BLS instructor or provisional status preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing standards, assessment, treatment techniques, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to react calmly in emergencies, maintain accurate records, and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
