Job summary

Lovelace Regional Hospital in Roswell, NM seeks a day shift, part-time ICU Registered Nurse. You will provide professional nursing care, oversee patient care in the unit, and may serve as Charge Nurse.

This role offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and relocation assistance; NM license, BLS, ACLS/PAL may be required; two years of experience preferred; benefits and a supportive team await.

Qualifications

• NM nursing license valid or NM compact license within 90 days.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer.
• ACLS and/or PAL may be required by department.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and be accountable for nursing practice in ICU.
• May serve as Charge Nurse and oversee staff in charge.
• Adhere to policies and regulations to ensure patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Responsible and accountable for the practice of Professional Nursing, to include patient care and staff management assigned to the RN in his/her charge.
• May serve in the role of Charge Nurse and is accountable for professional practice.
• Adheres to policies and procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Minimum: Associate's Degree or Diploma of Nursing
• Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days of hire)
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• HIRING DEPARTMENT MAY ALSO REQUIRE ACLS and or PAL

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Two (2) years of experience in a specialty
• Two (2) years of general nursing experience.
