Atrium Health Cabarrus ICU (40 beds) is hiring Registered Nurses to join a collaborative critical care team. You will care for complex medical-surgical patients, including ventilated and stroke cases, on 12-hour shifts, with a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio to support safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Candidate must have at least 6 months of nursing expereince. This position is not for new grads.

Our ICU team manages complex medical-surgical cases, including ventilated patients, stroke patients, trauma cases, and more—all within a typical 2:1 nurse-to-patient assignment to ensure safe, quality care. You’ll work 12-hour shifts alongside an interdisciplinary team that includes providers, respiratory therapists, physical therapists, case managers, and more—collaborating daily during rounds to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
