Job summary

Aurora St Luke's South Shore ICU is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift. Schedule: 36 hours weekly, three nights per week, with every third weekend and holiday rotation.

Requires completion of an accredited nursing program, at least 6 months RN experience, state RN license, and BLS. You will work in a 12-bed ICU (medical/respiratory), providing and coordinating patient care through the nursing process while adhering to standards and policies, using evidence-based practice and

We're Looking For:

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience, this position is not for new grads Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

What You'll Do:

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
