Must live in North Carolina, South Carolina, or Georgia and hold an active ICD-10 certification. Qualifications

• Current, active RN licensure in the state of practice (SC/NC/GA).

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments per care plan
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
• Adhere to policies and ensure continuity of patient care in home health
• Perform Oasis reviews and ICD-10 coding support
