OhioHealth at Home in partnership with Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to support patients and families in their homes, helping them spend meaningful time together and manage comfort and dignity.

You will educate caregivers, coordinate with the care team, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care. Flexible scheduling and a comprehensive benefits package help our teammates balance life and work.

Qualifikationen

• RN license in the state you work.
• Hospice experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
