Job summary

VitalCaring is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to lead patient-centered care in homes, facilities, and community settings. You will coordinate pain and symptom management, develop personalized plans, and advocate for patients and families at the end of life.

As a field-based clinician, you will partner with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and aides to ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life, while maintaining thorough documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (or compact eligibility).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and compassionate care approach.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Excellent communication skills in sensitive situations.
• Basic EMR proficiency.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Role Overview

What You'll Do

What You Bring
