Job summary

Compassus is hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to support patients in home-based care in Columbus, OH. You will collaborate with the care team to provide compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care and education to patients and families.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in Ohio, have hospice experience, a valid driver’s license, and current CPR/BCLS certification. We offer a supportive, inclusive environment with strong benefits and growth opportunities.
