Job summary

Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice for a nursing job in Middleburg, Pennsylvania. This ongoing staff position offers 40 hours per week and an 8-hour shift, with travel to patient homes in the Middleburg area.

You will provide end-of-life care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, perform assessments, manage symptoms, educate families, and document in EMR. Eligible for a total bonus potential of $15,000 in the first year, including a $10,000 success bonus

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license and ability to travel ~20% of your day.

We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Hospice position providing end-of-life care to patients in their homes in the Middleburg, PA area. This position is eligible for $15,000 total bonus potential, including a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishments of key achievements during your first year as well as an additional $5,000 sign-on bonus paid after 30-days of employment!

• - Work independently, but never alone
• - Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• Two years of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care, Hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
