Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to provide compassionate, at-home care and coordinate the patient’s plan of care. You’ll partner with families to balance comfort and independence while supporting a seamless care experience.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
