CVS Health is seeking a part-time Home Infusion RN to provide in-home infusion therapies across Maryland and occasionally Virginia. Anticipated weekly hours are 20–25, with some evenings and weekends required; travel and patient time are reimbursed at federal rates.

Responsibilities include patient education, coordinating care with physicians and pharmacists, and maintaining CPR-certified nursing practice. Multi-state licensure may be required. Benefits available for part-time staff.

Qualifikationen

• MD-licensed RN with compact licensure; will see patients in VA and MD
• At least 1 year nursing and 1 year infusion/IV experience
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) to document care

This is a part-time position in home infusion; required hours will fluctuate between 20-25 hours per week. We offer flexible hours with some early evenings and some weekend availability required. Will see patients in Maryland but could see a patient in Virginia on occasion.

We pay for all travel and patient time and reimburse all miles at the federal government reimbursement rate.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), Home Infusion you will work outside the walls of a hospital setting in a growing specialized area of the nursing field. If you are spending 12 hours on your feet or rushing from patient to patient with no time to provide quality patient care, this would be the perfect opportunity to change your work environment. Our nurses have the time and a balanced schedule to build strong one-on-one relationships with their patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Challenge your clinical nursing (RN) skills by receiving continuous training on leading edge technology and clinical requirements in specialty infusion. Certification and recertification expenses can be reimbursed for eligible RN’s such as Certified Registered Nurse of Infusion (CRNI®)!
• Provide a broad range of infusion therapies in our patients’ homes
• Make a difference by using your clinical IV experience and personal touch to assist our patients recover in the comfort of their own home.
• Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education in accordance with the physician’s plan of treatment.
• Additional licensure may be required in multi state service areas
• Have excellent written and verbal customer service skills in order to interact with the patient, physician, pharmacist and other partners. Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with compact licensure in the state of MD. Will see patients in VA as well.
• Minimum one year nursing experience with a minimum of one year infusion/IV experience
• Have and maintain current CPR certification
• Possess a valid and current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Have experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word to document and track patient care activity

Preferred Qualifications

• Home healthcare experience a plus, but not required
• CRNI certification a plus, but not required

Education

RN Diploma, Associates or B.S. degree in nursing

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$32.01 - $68.55

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
