Job summary

Compassus is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support patients in staying safely at home and maintaining independence. You will educate families, coordinate care, and oversee interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Requirements include an active RN license in the state of employment, CPR and BCLS certification, and two years of RN experience with a preference for home health background. A valid driver’s license is also required.
