Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes.
• Perform Plan of Care implementation to improve outcomes and safety.
• Complete clinical notes and assessments with a collaborative clinical team.
• Coordinate with therapists, DON, and office staff for integrated patient care.

RN Compensation (1099):

• Start of Care (SOC) OASIS: $80.00

• Other OASIS (Resumption, Recert): $55.00

• Hi-Tech / Complex Care Visits: $40.00

• Routine Follow-up Visits: $35.00

What You’ll Do as an RN:

• Timely Documentation: Complete clinical notes and assessments efficiently with a clinical team that helps you get it right.

• Team Collaboration: Work alongside a supportive team of therapists, the DON, and dedicated office staff to deliver coordinated, outstanding patient care.
  

What You Need:

• License: Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) License (or valid Compact License).

• Certification: Current CPR/BLS Certification.

• Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

• Software: Kinnser/WellSky experience is a major plus!
