Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the scope of practice per the individualized care plan, in coordination with the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Administer treatments, monitor patient conditions and report changes to the appropriate clinicians.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and submit documentation using company devices.
• Supervise Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) when assigned.
• Comply with all company policies to ensure high standards of care.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, self-driven Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated Home Health team and provide exceptional care throughout the region. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will evaluate patients' health, create and implement care plans, and track their progress to maintain the highest standards of care. You'll be working closely with our Clinical Director and Clinical Staff, providing support both remotely and independently in the field.
