Job summary

Professional Case Management is seeking registered nurses to provide in-home care in Williston. You will assess health status, review plans of care, verify orders, and administer medications while maintaining safe environments for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing (BSN preferred).
• Current, unrestricted RN license in applicable state(s).
• New grads welcome.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.

• Review plan of care to evaluate client response to interventions.
• Verify medical orders and administer prescribed medications.
