Job summary

Professional Case Management is hiring Registered Nurses to provide in-home healthcare in Texas. You’ll build one-on-one relationships with patients and set your own schedule, enabling time for school, travel, or family activities.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, cultural sensitivity, and a patient-centered approach. The role includes mentorship for new grads and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) of practice.
• Prefer minimum of one (1) year experience as an RN in an acute care setting or equivalent; new nurse graduates encouraged to apply - paid mentorship provided.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.
